Shipping Policy
The shipping methods used for products listed on this website vary according to
the seller. There are two main sellers. The first is Shop Women's Apparel, and the second is
Amazon.
Domestic Shipping
- Shop Women's Apparel: Domestic shipping rates for products on this
site are $5.95. Items over $75 always ship free.
- Amazon: Domestic and International shipping rates vary according
to the product. Amazon's shipping rates are usually on the same page as the product description,
so make sure to make a note of it.
Shipping Methods
- Shop Women's Apparel: All items purchased from us ship out through the
United States Postal Service (USPS). The time it will take for you to
receive your order depends upon where you live. Standard Ground Delivery for our inventory using
USPS will arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the ship date to most American cities. After you
place your order, you will receive an invoice confirmation from PayPal containing the details of
your order. You will also receive a confirmation with us with information including your tracking
number and the approximate arrival date of your shipment.
- Amazon Affiliate: Items purchased through our Amazon Affiliate program

When will my item ship out?
- Shop Women's Apparel: Items that are purchased directly from us will ship
the same day if the order comes in before 11AM Mountain Time. Otherwise, it will ship out the next day.
If we receive your order on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, it may take one extra day to ship your order.
- Amazon:If you purchase an item through our Amazon affiliate program, your
item will ship out according to the vendor's shipping schedule.
What must I do if my order is late?
- Shop Women's Apparel: Orders in the contiguous U.S. will usually arrive
within 3-10 days from the shipping date. If your order arrives after this period, contact us as soon as
possible.
- Amazon: If you purchased through Amazon, contact them

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
- Shop Women's Apparel: If your item arrives damaged, try to refuse the
delivery before the driver leaves. Then contact us immediately. If you accept the delivery and decide
that you still want a refund for a damaged product, you must still contact us as soon as possible. Once
we receive the returned product and have determined that it was no fault of yours, we will supply you
with a refund or replacement.

What happens as soon as I place your order?..
You will immediately receive a confirmation notice. This notice will vary in verbiage
according to the seller and the item you purchased. Basic information in a confirmation notice will
contain an acknowledgment that your order and payment was received and that your item is being preparing
for shipping.
In some cases, a returned signature receipt is required when the item is to be
delivered as a special order. Proof of a signed delivery receipt may also be required if the
customer requested it for security reasons. If the item was delivered and nobody was home to sign
for it, another delivery attempt will be made. If no one accepts the order again, the shipment may
be returned to our location after the third attempt and there will be a delay in your order. You
will be responsible for shipping costs on re-delivery, however, if no delivery was made due to a
mistake from us or the delivery service, then you will not be responsible for shipping. You must
report to us any undelivered order as soon as possible.
Returns
- Shop Women's Apparel: We provide our customers with a 7-Day Return Policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), send it back within 7 days of the actual
purchase and you will receive a complete refund. The item(s) must be sent back in the original box
with inner wrapping materials. Please make sure to contact us first before you mail it back.

Holiday Season
The winter holiday seasons can be a busy time for everybody, so there is the
possibility that your order may arrive late due to the high volume of mail sent through the U.S.
mailing system. Make sure to anticipate this if your purchase is intended as a gift.
Alaska, Hawaii and other territories..
Customers who do not live in the contiguous U.S.A. including Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Guam, Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands and others, please
contact us first before you order. We will give you an exact quote for your shipping rate.
International Shipping
If you live in a foreign country, contact us to request a shipping quote and someone
will respond to your request. Make sure to include a description of the item you want so we can send
you an accurate quote. All international shipping rates include insurance.
