  • Q. How do I return my order?
    • A. Before you order an item from our affiliates, make sure to read their return policy. It should give you instructions on what to do if you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it.

    • A. Before you purchase any item, be sure to read and understand the refund policy from the seller first. It should clearly define the circumstances that will qualify you for a refund. Common reasons why consumers request refunds are items that never arrived, damaged items, excessively late shipping, and items that were misrepresnted as far as price and description.

    • A. When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure that the billing address associated with the credit card account corrosponds to the you phsical delivery address. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay. We are unable to accept purchases made by credit accounts that have addresses that do not corrospond the actual shipping location.
  • Q. Payment Options?
    • A. We offer you the convenience of numerous payment options for your online order. These options include any major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover.
  • Q. Payment Option Exceptions?
    • A. Please note that we are unable to accept any form of payment with a non-U.S. billing address (outside of the 50 states and Puerto Rico). We do not accept cash, personal checks or money orders.
  • Q. Promotions and Coupons?
    • A. We will occasionally offer code-based promotions that can be redeemed online. Promotions and discounts, including free shipping, will be communicated on the website, through emails, and direct marketing, such as mailers.
